Overview
Products are custom made for the client, we do not accept returns. If a product is manufacture to an incorrect size or with ill performing material we can do a remake to the original specifications only with the return of the deficient product.
We do not provide refunds for products that have been produced.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@jaxboxllc.com and we will contact you to work it out.
